Supporting you to make the most of nature tourism and your business

Free advice on any aspect of nature tourism, from marketing to nest boxes, is available to all Yorkshire Nature Triangle partners.

Our team includes a Business Development Manager and Business Support Officer, both of whom have a wide knowledge on the nature tourism assets and wildlife of East Yorkshire, along with marketing and communications expertise which we can bring to your business.

Areas in which we can provide support and advice include:

Integrating nature tourism into your website and other promotional materials

We can provide personalised text and wildlife photography for your website to help direct customers to. For examples of this, please take a look at Broadgate Farm Cottages, Highfield Farm or Westmere Farm.

Support on getting your story out into the media

With a wide range of media expertise behind us, we can help you to develop and pitch stories into the media.

Familiarisation of local wildlife assets

Gain a better understanding of what nature tourism means for your customers and get a first-hand insight of local nature reserves during our Business Welcome Days

Installing nest boxes and cameras

If you want to add a little bit of wildlife sparkle to your accommodation by putting up nest box cameras or capturing your nocturnal wild visitor on film we can suggest the best product to choose through and advise on best placement. Wolds Edge Holiday Lodges have recently installed nest box cameras which gives their guests a glimpse into the secret life of their local feathered friends.

Creating nature trails and wildlife friendly grounds

We can offer advice on wildlife friendly and sustainability practices to help make your business better for wildlife and better for your customers.

Developing new products

We can help you develop new products and packages aimed specifically at the nature tourism audience. Our local knowledge enabled us to work with Scoot Cycling Holidays Ltd to develop a bespoke self-guided cycling holiday taking in the highlights of the Yorkshire Nature Triangle.
